Advanced Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Manufacturing

The production line for double wall corrugated pipes represents the third generation of improved machinery designed by Shandong HUASU. This latest model delivers a remarkable enhancement in both production volume and speed, achieving an increase ranging from 20% to 40% over previous models.

Incorporating state-of-the-art online belling technology, the system guarantees that the final corrugated pipes exhibit excellent performance qualities. Additionally, the entire manufacturing process is controlled by a Siemens PLC system, which ensures optimal efficiency and dependable operation throughout.


Features:

We proudly present a newly designed closed molding machine, which comes equipped with a state-of-the-art high-efficiency cooling system. This cooling technology is engineered specifically for aluminum modules, ensuring excellent temperature regulation throughout the manufacturing process.

Complementing this machine is a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion unit. It is fitted with a professional-grade corrugated pipe extrusion mold, enabling precise and efficient extrusion processes tailored to meet various industrial demands.

Our aluminum modules are manufactured using interchangeable LY12 aviation-grade alloy, which contains 5% copper. This particular alloy offers superior strength and enhanced durability, making it ideal for rigorous and demanding applications.

The production employs a meticulous precision pressure casting technique, resulting in modules that are resistant to deformation and free from light porosity. This approach ensures consistent product quality and maintains structural integrity.

Additionally, we provide customizable waveform solutions, designed to be tailored according to specific customer needs. This flexibility allows for easy adaptation to a wide range of operational scenarios.

To further support accuracy and stability during operation, the system includes a computer-controlled automatic DWC cutter. This component offers precise positioning and dependable performance for all cutting tasks.
